Ingredients we need:

Dry Yeast ( 1 Package )

Water ( ¼ cup )
·
Warm Water ( 2 ¼ Cup )
·
Olive Oil ( 6 tbsp + extra
for greasing )
·
Flour ( 6 Cup )
·
Salt (1 tsp )

Melt yeast in the warm
water (1050 F is perfect) & Let it keep aside for two minutes.

Add the other all
ingredients and mix well, put out on board and knead for ten minutes.

Put it back in the bowl
covered with a wet towel and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
4.
Divide the dough into 3
parts and place in 3 separate olive oiled pans.
5.
Dimple dough with fingers. Place
on top following mixture: Salt, fresh ground pepper, chopped rosemary and
thyme. If herbs are dried, soak them in water for 10 minutes and then pat dry
on paper towels.
6.
Let rise 50 to 60 minutes.
7.
Bake at 350 F for 25
minutes. Now dip in olive oil if you want.
