Recipes. Today I am going to tell you the Amazing whole Wheat Pizza Crust
Recipe. This is the First Recipe in this Category and you will find here many
Pizza Dough Recipes. So you have no need to go anywhere else regarding pizza
recipes.
Let’s get started with Amazing Whole Wheat
Pizza Crust Recipe:
Ingredients we need are:

White Sugar ( 1 tsp
)
·
Warm Water ( 1 ½ cup
) it should be warm at ( 110 degrees F/45 degree C)

Dry yeast ( 1 tbsp )
·
Olive Oil ( 1 tbsp )
·
Salt (1 tsp )
·
Whole wheat Flour (
2 cups )
·
All-purpose flour (
1 ½ Cup )

Ingredients we need in making our Amazing Whole wheat Pizza Crust. Now there
are some instructions you need to follow for making your first Wheat Pizza

Directions we need to follow:
1.
Take a large bowl, melt
sugar in warm water. Sprinkle Yeast on mixer, and let stand for about 10
minutes, until lathered.
2.
In yeast mixture
mixes the salt and olive oil.
3.
Stir the whole wheat
flour and 1 cup of all-purpose flour until dough starts to come together. Until
all of the flour has been absorbed, Tip dough out onto a surface floured with
the remaining all-purpose flour and kneads. The ball of dough will become
smooth, in 10 minutes.
4.
Put dough in an oil
greased bowl, turn to cover the surface. Take a towel and cover with it
loosely, and let stand in a warm place until doubled in size, in an hour.
5.
Tip the dough out on
lightly floured surface when the dough is doubled; divide the dough into two
pieces for 2 thin crusts or make one thick. It is up to you. Form into a ball
tightly. Then let it rise for 45 minutes until doubled.
6.
Heat up the oven to 220
degree C. Until it will not stretch anymore roll dough ball with rolling pin.
After that drape it over both of your fists, pull the edges gently outward,
while rolling the crust. When the circle has reached to desired size, place it
on a well-oiled pizza pan. Top pizza with whatever you want in toppings.
7.
Bake it for 16 to 20
minutes it depends on thickness of crust. until the crust is crisp and golden
and cheese is melted.
